I purchased the Gold Supporter membership on 29 July and the charge went through successfully on my credit card. However, the membership still hasn’t been activated on my account, so I can’t access the webinars or any other member benefits.
I already submitted a message through the contact form on the website but haven’t received a reply yet.
Could you please look into this and activate the membership on my account?
