Hi,
I made a Qantas domestic booking yesterday afternoon for my wife and I in October and another one in January.
I didn't receive any confirmation by email even though I gave my email address when made the booking - I had to make it over the phone as flying with my guide dog.
This morning when still no email I used the online facility to request a tax invoice for each booking and also to request an itinerary. I checked my email was in the booking first and it was there correctly.
Around 6 hours later still no emails from Qantas.
Are you meant to receive the emails straight away or is it something processed overnight?
I really wish I could make the bookings online but travelling with the guide dog stops that.
The Jetstar experience after Qantas was just errible but going to Byron Bay so no choice for Qantas. I hate Jetstar though and this recent experience in booking has just affirmed everything I thought about them.
