I had outpatients appointment at RBWH. Dropped wife off at the front then went off looking for street parking. Parked about 700-800 metres away.
Couldn't walk it in one go so stopped about 200 metres short and had a 30 second breather. Made it all the way inside without stopping again but I could feel my body saying stop, stop. Managed to walk back to car without stopping.
Boy it's a struggle walking. I have to hold my lower back as that has the most discomfort. I did 8000+ steps in Sydney last Sunday but I was busy.
