Gaping security issue with immigration into Australia

Security hotline- aren't they the guys who get three calls a year, two of which were looking for another department?

If I perceive a gaping hole in Australian immigration security, should I report it to the appropriate authorities, or post on the internet a step by step guide on how to exploit it:?:

Either way works... But lets be honest if a person with no ill-intent has thought about this, no doubt the bad guys (aka the ones who actually want to exploit such things) have also thought about it, and even used it if it where possible and they thought the risk would be worth it.

According to a friend of mine who used to work on the security hotline, they get a lot of calls. That said 9 out of every 10 calls he received went something like this

Caller - "Yeah my neighbour, he is a muslim"
Operator - "Do you have any specific information you wish to share"
Caller - "Well he is a terrorist"
Operator - "Because he is a muslim"
Caller - "Yes"

The callers would then go on an anti muslim tirade for a few minutes...
The majority of other calls, whilst not being specifically anti muslim where of little help...

As you could no doubt guess, the majority of the callers which my friend got are bogans...

Security Issues? Gaps? I'm sure the Government would have had all of that covered before shifting focus, time and resources to sending out fridge magnets.

I remember my dad having a TV aerial on the roof that rotated when you turned a dial. Very amusing for a 5 year old. The neighbours made the AFP come around as he was assumed to be sending messages to the Soviets.

It's been years since I've had one, but i'm sure it wouldn't cost more than $50 to get a roll of "D" stickers printed up... Or just borrow one from an unmanned desk.

Hmmm, now this seems like a more viable loophole....
