Fuel points not posting

I emailed them a week ago after points not posting & received this bull**** reply:
"We are sorry you hadn't been able to redeem your fuel discount voucher. However, upon investigating into this further, we have found that the reason you weren't discounted, was because you had purchased Diesel. These vouchers are not valid for diesel unfortunately." This was after my receipt showing the fuel discount. I immediately emailed them that I wanted the points for the amount spent (after my original email requesting this), but haven't heard back in 3 days.

I must have been friggin lucky over that last few years!

My car being a diesel always* recieved the points (* occasionally had to chase up).

My last two lots of points for fuel in December had not automatically posted so I called EDR yesterday and they were credited without any issues. I didn't even have to give the operator the details from the receipts. I was expecting a battle when I called up so was pleasantly surprised it was so easy. It remains to be seen, however, whether they actually appear in my QFF account.
