Fuel points not posting

Is anyone else having issues with points earned from filling up fuel are not being recorded against EDR account however groceries are?

Filled up twice over 2 weeks, no points in EDR account yet.

I filled up on Friday last week and the cashier said no discount on my card at the time of paying. I said that's right I have QFF points selected. He said to me that they don't do points anymore. This was a Woolworths service station. I checked my EDR account when I got home and there is no mention of it being discontinued and I still have points selected as my redemption setting and to date nothing has posted. I hadn't filled up for about 4 weeks and did receive the points at my last fill up.
 
There seems to be a glitch at the moment which means that points aren't being credited to your EDR and QFF accounts.

The vouchers disappear from the available section when the card is swiped at the petrol station. They are supposed to go to the redeemed section but end up re-appearing later back in the available section. Therefore, the transaction isn't being registered and points don't get credited. The vouchers eventually end up in the expired section, even if they have been used.

This glitch works against members who get points for their petrol purchases. The glitch has been coming and going for various accounts over the last 12 months. There doesn't seem to be any logic or consistency with it.

The glitch has a slight advantage for members who have chosen the cash discount. Some members complain they don't have enough vouchers for all members of the family to use, even when they are pooled. In this scenario, there is usually a voucher available every time these linked accounts buy petrol.

The glitch has given me a big advantage at the moment which I wasn't expecting but I'll happily take as a reward given the amount of time I've spent chasing other points. A 10 cent per litre fuel discount voucher was given as a reward to one member of our family recently. It disappears as soon as it is used but then comes back into the vouchers available list about a day later. I've used it 3 times so far and will probably get one more use before it expires.

Just an update on this. The points have still not shown up in my EDR account however tonight the points arrived in my QFF account.???
 
This has been happening to me since June.. I've been told the no points thing at the service station etc.. I just call them when it doesn't appear.. quote the station number, pos number and the amount of litres and they give me the points. Lately they've been adding a 100 bonus points for the inconvenience. I just keep the dockets..I have plenty of fuel coupons from shopping so all good there. The fact they haven't fixed it yet can play to your benefit.. As a side note I got a spend $275 and get 1000 bonus points email offer. I activated the offer on Wednesday, and without doing the shop, today I have the 1000 bonus points in my EDR account. Now that's what I call a bonus.
 
Not universal-mine have been crediting OK each week up to 3 Sep (none bought last week)

Yes it is... they know all about it.. Its been happening for months yet no fix. If they don't offer bonus points for the stuff up, then demand them.

Finally called EDR they said there are still known issues with fuel points. gave them my receipt details they not only credited the missing points but gave a goodwill 150 points. hope they fix it soon I hate following up missing points for anything.
 
So i have been a bit suspect on this for a while...

Have heaps of expired vouchers in my system even thought i know i filled up and swiped.

The reason i first got highlighted to it was that a few petrol station were telling me that i had no vouchers on my card.. but i knew that i did.

I logged into my acct and i have a bunch of fuel voucher (which i know i would have used) under the expired column.

I don't have the receipts though - I hope i can argue with bank statements.

After the fight I had with optus - I am not looking forward to this...

See screenshot. It claims i din't use any vouchers between the 16 July and 14 Sept. and a bunch of expired ones between those dates.

Keep a logbook, as well as receipts.

QFF is showing some points for supermarket spending, but not 2qff per litre. (I purchase to the litre, no more...).

55 litres = 110 qff = no showing.
 
You are going to need the dockets as they'll want the date, the time, the litres, the POS number and Trans number.. I've been told it should be fixed soon.. But I was told that in June. Tomorrow is my fortnightly call to get my points added.

Yeah I am thinking of reverting back to cash savings.
 
I had some luck today - EDR have admitted to me on social media that there is an issue with fuel points.

However have asked for proof of purchase - which is disappointing.

I haven't replied yet with arguing the payment/card proof only as I have recently realised that I have not got ANY frequent flyer post from Woolworths since July!

I have done lots of shops since then and have not got any normal points nor the bonus points i have been offered during this time (and meet the requirements!)

Where was this graph from?

Have you checked your individual EDR account. Perhaps there is an issue at the Qantas end with points being sent to your account but not posted to the account. The EDR account usually does a listing as to when the points have been sent to your QFF account.
