Currently is only bookings made online can be retrieved at "<mh>.com".No, was done through our corporate agent. The weird thing is, the system they use also gives a six digit PNR, which can be checked on http://www.checkmytrip.com, and this does show all the correct details, including existing seat allocation. Its not showing up on my QF profile also, although my QFF# is attached to the booking.

Don't fret about seat selection, even if you could bring your booking up online, you won't be able to select seating. (I think it can be done at check-in though.) To change seating you will need to call.
