I attended this FTU event and totally agree with Fifa's comments. All of the presenters were great and the sessions were high quality.

When Matt showed the very high Qantas surcharges on reward flights, I sensed quite a few people were surprised by this.

I wonder how many people that attended FTU will be crediting future Qantas flights to Alaska Mileage Plan or American AAdvantage?
