Hi All,

I booked my flight through the Qantas website and entered my FF number when booking however it must not have entered correctly as it did not appear on my emailed itinerary.

I added the FF number to my booking after and asked to be emailed a new itinerary however the FF number section is still blank on the new itinerary.

The flight does now appear on my FF 'Your Bookings' page however as I would like to earn make sure I earn FF points for this trip, should I be concerned about it not being on my itinerary or not worry?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Thomas

Does the itinerary appear in the 'manage my booking' page on the Qantas site? If so you're fine.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just make sure the number appears on your boarding pass when you check in for the flight. :)

Without QF / oneworld status, this is basically true.

However, if one does have such status it is important to get your FF number into the booking ASAP.

TO see any FF entry, try classic.checkmytrip.com. (Click view traveller details [+] in the "Traveller information" section.)
