Did anyone who has the email have international bookings in their FF profile??
 
^ Yes. I think it was sent out to people with international bookings because it makes mention of your "upcoming" trip.

i got the same offer re toblerone, albeit the one where I have to purchase something and I am traveling through SYD to BKK this week returning next week. I guess i will claim it on my way back as in the end it is free as I was going to buy some grog anyway. I would prefer they sent me a free upgrade voucher or two!

Just collected the freebie. Got a look that said "gee, another cheapskate", she called a supervisor to authorise it, and away I went. Normal price is $11.99. And yes, it is being sent only to people with bookings via SYD I think. I used the one where no puchase is required.

No voucher for me, despite 2x syd departures (one is today). Those 400G blocks look huge!!

Saw someone redeem this when I flew into MEL. He apparently got the last one (the cashier had to run out the back or something similar).

And yeah, I was surprised to see it ring up at around the $10 mark.

My email was triple points, but was useless as I was only making a tobacco purchase (no points), and couldn't use the $5 off discount voucher they'd given me (again not valid for tobacco).
