free epicure membership [Expired]

I just recently dined at Rhodes Pheonix Sydney after signing up the Epiqure membership, on my account statement they have only awarded 3 points/$ instead of 4points/$.

I rang QFF service centre and they told me to go back to the restuarant and tell them I am an epiqure memeber and they will reward me 4points/dollar.
I told them that is BS and then asked me to call Epiqure customer serviec team. It's after 5pm now and I have to call them next week to find out.

Has anyone experienced this before?

The bonus points do come later than the base points, often a few days!

I would give it a few days; if you got your 3 points for swiping the card, the extra point should turn up soon.

Does anyone know how long it takes for Epicure wine to be delivered. I ordered my first case during the week where they were offering 6 points per dollar and the wine has still not arrived

I also just got the $59 epicure offer today. I don't know if it can be used by anyone or if it is tied to an account but the code they gave me is 2WEEK59JOIN and is valid until 14 November at 4pm.

I tried to log on and sign up for it this afternoon but it think the system was busy because it wouldn't process.

In the email it also said "Join today and choose your complimentary welcome gift - a bottle of exclusively blended Seppeltsfield Rare Tawny or Billecart-Salmon Champagne"

I have always had my orders delivered within 3/5 working days, with emails letting you know when it has been dispatched.
Bonus points have taken a bit longer to be posted but always within the 6 week advertised time.
Had my membership comped for another year. Happy camper

Not sure how it is targeted. from what I can see from Dan Murphies and the like each of the "complimentary gifts" are worth about $60 each.

If you ordered the recent Christmas Dozen (or whatever it was called) for the dirt cheap $150ish, then the wait time has been a bit longer. I think they sold out or something. Mine took about 2 weeks. Generally it's only a few days.

Thanks everyone, it was the Cullen Dry White 2012 which I'm not even sure has been released yet hence maybe why there is a problem. There's no consignment number or despatch date so I have put a question through on the Epicure site. Hopefully get a response on Monday
