Holiday Inns are offering free net and breakfast at best flexible rates if you book at least a day in advance and prepay a one night deposit, just select the free net and breakfast option online. Obviously you would have to look at the advance purchase savings as a comparison if its available, rate must be booked by March 30th and is available for stays from Feb 2 thru April 30th.
