Help with cheapest way to earn SC Melbourne - Brisbane return

At this stage, I look like being 70 SC short of Gold retention this year (end of July).
The only additional flights I have are Melbourne - Brisbane return, over a mid June weekend, for an overnight stay.
Any suggestions as to the cheapest way I can earn these SC and complete this travel? I can do multi-stop....Need to be in Brisbane by about 5pm.

Anyone had a comp lately? I'm 80sc short of retaining platinum but will be well over the three year average.

Yep. My year ended July 31 received the comp a few days before the end of my year. 3850 SC's over the three years.

Is there any way to see how many status credits you have p.a. going back a few years? I've re-qualified this year, but not sure it'll happen next year.

Re: Help with cheapest way to earn SC Melbourne - Brisbane return

Check your emails to get a rough indication of what you earned each year. You know when your year rolls over so take a look at the last email from QANTAS before then that shows the status credits you earned.

The reason that he's so short if I recall correctly is that he's switched crediting to a different airline. With QF offering no lifetime benefits past LifeTime Gold if you can maintain OWE on another OneWorld airline there's every incentive to switch who you credit to. BA has a LifeTime Gold (OWE). If getting that is realistic for you then crediting to BA makes a lot of sense.

There would not have been the four Qantas sectors as no Qantas flight were flown.

It's been suggested previously that you can manually chance the URL to go back a fair way. Navigate to your current activity (for August), then alter the URL to take you back to the month your membership year ends and also change the year. The last activity in the month your year expires shows how many SCs expire.

Excuse me I am average height :p

BA LTG is a potential bonus but the real reason for moving to BA is that the BAEC suits my travel patterns. GGL is as significant step up from Platinum One for benefits, and the ability to maximise ex EU fares makes my travel cost effective. (Especially in conjunction with Gold Upgrades and Redemptions.)

No need for explanation! It's not your fault.:)

I thought that's why all the doors in England are only 5ft? Such as the Duck Inn, where Flemming wrote one of the classics.

There were no QF flights credited to QF so no 4 ~ . There were quite a few QF flights flown though. :)

My high school math skills say that if you were to be 1200 points short of re-qualifying QFF WP, there would have been NO flights credited (from anywhere) Which would imply a total absence of ~

Just wandering
