Clearly JetBlue doesn't have the right connections nor spend enough money on PACs supporting the re-election of politicians and judges.

No surprises there. When the AS/HA merger was announced, most of the experts said Jetblue would be blocked, but the AS/HA had a real chance due to limited overlap.

This does mean AS retains 5th place either way.
