No surprises there. When the AS/HA merger was announced, most of the experts said Jetblue would be blocked, but the AS/HA had a real chance due to limited overlap.

This does mean AS retains 5th place either way.
 
It would've been really surprising if this got approved, but also it seems like anything goes in the US with M&A a lot of time lol.
