I think this is the correct place to ask these questions, although this part of the forum doesn’t seem as busy as others so maybe I should also ask elsewhere … ?
But with lots of finger-crossing & if there’s enough duck-alignment, I’m hoping to spend a few nights in Lyon at the end of June.
Given it’s considered very Up There in terms of food, I imagine there’re a lot of traps for new players to fall into. Tourists traps, if you will. Like going to Italy for a pizza, without being careful enough.
So does anyone have any food and drink related suggestions or recommendations? I’m open to a wide range of food stuff, from “this patisserie at this market is awesome-sauce to get yourself some DIY brekkie” to “that restaurant will cost you over a grand but WOW it’s worth it”..
