Flying Business Class with Thai and Austrian

My partner and I have decided to take advantage of the cheap biz class fares to Europe next Jan with Austrian and Thai Airways. (They were significantly cheaper than Qantas/ BA etc). Was wondering if anyone has flown either of these airlines and if so, were they any good? Have heard the catering on Austrian is excellent. Thanks.
