Hello everyone,
My name is Brenda and I have done a bit of travelling and I've also built up some flyer points, but I can't sign in to my account due to the pin code. I've tried answering the security questions but that just takes me to entering my code which I can't do, so I try to have the code sent to my email, but the request asked is complicated and it only gives me a four digit box so I can't even put in my email address.
Has anybody had a similiar problem as me? Any help would be appreciated.

just made the point, as many companies in NSW & VIC say they are open AEST, when they aren't for 1/2 the year.

Oh I completely get you on that. I’ve dealt with a company before which put AEST but actually meant AWST (I think that’s perth time) so I missed out by a few hours. I usually avoid the last few hours where I can

yeah was in Brisbane at 4.30pm one day during daylight saving & got a recorded message, saying open to 5pm AEST, but they were closed. Imagine if it was a legal matter, that had to be finalised by 5pm sharp AEST.

One of the confusing factors is that when resetting your PIN you have to confirm the last 4 digits of your phone number before it sends a text.

I spent hours trying to work out why it wouldn't send a text until I realised it was asking for those 4 digits.
