Flybuys Velocity Status Credits late to Post

Last month mine posted 10 Oct (for Sep) but still nothing this month.

I reckon there’s one of those chocolate wheels or two in the back office to random generate posting dates by surnames….

So Nov spend SCs have posted automatically today but still no sign of October’s!

That’s despite multiple emails, phone calls and emailing FB transactions….

This is why I subscribe as a member here. I never knew about this, and just linked my FlyBuys to my Velocity account.

Oct SCs finally posted and email from VFF ack they’d arrived.

No explanations as to why there was a snafu for the first time ever seen since signing up the beginning (years ago).
