fly QF, get into narita JAL first lounge?

We always go to the JAL Flounge in the main terminal before our QF flight.We book a massage as soon as we arrive.generally we will leave about an hour before flight,stroll around the shops and go to the QF lounge for the last 30 minutes or so.
