Looking to book Air Tahiti Nui flights which are on Qantas metal. Do I earn QFF and get the QF benefits (luggage allowance and Qantas Pub) on these flights?

Nope to all of that.

TN marketed but QF operated flights aren't eligible for extra luggage or lounge access and you won't earn QF points, there is the option to earn towards the almost useless TN Club Tiare instead.
 
Thanks for the quick response henrus.
I thought that was the case but couldn't really find anything to confirm. Unfortunately with the date of travel the $$$ savings outweigh the FF benefits
