I've heard there are services available where a computer scans frequent flyer flight availability and alerts you when the right flight comes up.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Tks, Fiona

Try FrequentFlyerFriend.com - Welcome (run by the owner of this site and supports Qantas or United bookings) or alternatively ExpertFlyer.com - Empowering the Frequent Flyer

Note that Expert Flyer has had issues recently with returning available award seats. Not sure when this will be resolved.

Also there are private paid services who will monitor and book award flights for you - can't recommend any as I've never used them.
