We are included but only MrP got the emails, but it's a booking for two. Anyway all registered. We were due to fly out the day the borders slammed shut, Friday May 20th, to Bali. In Business. Via Sydney from Adelaide. Expensive. Getting another email today reminded me. I have no idea what happened after that as the world deteriorated at that point but seems we qualify.

Just received yet another text message from Echo law telling me I should register. But I already have registered weeks ago- I assume once per email address is enough?

Same. I ignored it.

My experience with Echo Law ended up a minor shemozzle.

Started the registration process had problems in registering to stat with; I booked the flights under an old e-mail and I got the Echo e-mail on that address. Got the contact e-mail changed, but then rego refused as 'existing account' for that e-mail. . E-mailed, took some time, then got a call and it was sorted. Then found 4 flight groups, each with multiple flights. Two I couldn't reconcile with experience, so I didn't want to go on and claim. E-mailed them. Lengthy wait again, but they got back to me personally and discussed. When I went in again, only two groups of flights.

Looking at these, I couldn't reconcile one with actuality, so I e-mailed them again - what do I do? The next step says you 'paid for the flights' (with no carve-out that Qantas had supplied the info). Took some time, but got back to me again, asking to clarify which was which. Later that day, said to log in again. Now said 'No' for 'did you pay' both flights! But my e-mail was being watched out for, so I e-amils and immediately corrected. Next iteration - OK.

I received both email (a couple of addresses) and SMS.

Registered for all - while there were duplicates, there were other bookings on some which were not on others.

I have decided my time is worth more than the coughpy amounts on offer.
Many large class actions like the one recently in Vic small business v State of Vic (lockdown related) have crumbs for the litigants. In that case each business will get $5100 - law firm $38million.
