Most forms of contact are without consent, I mean, how do you get consent to talk to someone, before actually talking to them?

He continued to pursue her and her older sister despite them ignoring his request.

The mother said the man was unable to contact her older daughter because she withheld her surname on her Facebook page.

Oddly conflicting statements there.

Having searched for family members through facebook before, I know it's very easy to find other members of the family in a friend list.
