Following up on my own thread, I reached out to Red Roo.
There's a hangup from legacy systems still in use by many airlines which don't post some flight data to the FFP.
It clearly does not affect points or status earning in any way, although it would have an impact on CRM.
It's likely not a priority to remedy for QFF or other FFPs. This gives insight to what QFF isn't tracking/identifying and to be fair 99% of airlines and programs are in the same position.
It's like having key-less entry to your car - you didn't know how useful and time saving it was until you tried it for the first time. Commercialising big data is the same.
