I was looking for classic award flights late last night and the website changed from the usual monthly spread to only giving one day at a time. I called QFF and they confirmed there had been some changes. They advised me the only way to search from now on will be one day at a time for each city or call them and they can do the same. They have no monthly spread of available award dates. I have tried using the new where can I go option but for one way classic awards it limits the maximum points value you can enter to 150k. It is therefore not possible to search for first class availability or enter the class of travel until a date has been selected. Once the city has been selected the option can then be changed to business or first with a seven day spread of availability but you have to search each day and class separately. I have only had limited time to look at website this morning and happy to be corrected but on first look these changes are going to make searching for award availability extremely time consuming for us and QFF call staff.
