First lounge passes

I have search the forums but can't find a answer about/if you can you these passes if flying with Emirates?

there should be terms and conditions on the card - most of the time it says qantas or jetstar flights only

Not necessarily, I have seen some Qantas/Emirates First Lounge passes floating around, however it should clearly state on back of the pass.
