First Class Booking PER to LHR Help

Hi All

Last night I tried to book a first class ticket using points from PER to LHR. The search engine found 2 seats for me but when I tried to book them an error comes up saying that the seats are no longer available even though I shows availability?

Does anybody know why this is so?

Probably Phantom seats shown but not there, not uncommon.

I agree they may be phantom seats. Only way to find out is to call.
