Finding AirNZ booking Ref on a Qantas booking?

Hi, seems to be getting harder to uncover the background Air NZ booking ref when made through Qantas. Previously the hack was to go to ba.com with the QF Ref and click through to seating, but that doesn't seem to be working anymore?
Any new clever tricks?

Have you tried to being the booking up on a desktop computer with Qantas Manage Booking?

I have a couple of bookings with alternate PNR's and these are showing against individual segments.

Doesn't work for NZ, unfortunately.

I had to call reservations and ask. Was very straightforward though.

Select your seat in advance, get more space or a better location on Air New Zealand operated flights.

down the bottom right, click on 'Need some help?' chat through online agent should get your airnz booking ref. by providing qantas ref.

I know this is a basic suggestion (apologies if you've done it), but for a recent partner booking the only place I found it was in the PDF of the booking confirmation email. Otherwise not on mobile or desktop or app areas of MMB.
