I have a two factor identification on my QFF account but it is activated when accessing from a different computer etc. No idea why QFF does not turn it on always.
 
I always get QFF SMS authentication, awesome!! I think my VA Velocity Account had an attempted hack recently (easily done as VA print name/FFnumber on your premium FF bag tag)... because their website asked me to verify my second level ID checks when logging in!

IMO - VA... time to go with SMS verification just like QF!!
