Just tried to do a search for first class, to check an old thread… the results returned say the word ‘first’ has been omitted because it it’s too short.

For a bulletin board dedicated to premium travel, surely there needs to be the ability to search the term ‘first’?

If word length is a criterion, perhaps an exception can be made to add the word ‘first’ to terms searchable.

Great pickup! I'm not sure it's specific to the word length in this case as the word "case" (i.e. fewer characters) returns search results. As such, I believe the search function is considering the word "first" to be too common.

I could be wrong but before the changes I am pretty sure that if I posted on a thread it automatically changed to “watch” and sent me alerts for other people’s posts without me having to do anything.

In recent weeks I have posted in several threads but don’t get alerts for those threads unless I manually change the status to “watch”.

Ok I found that and have changed options. Wonder why it changed? I don't recall going to those settings

Meanwhile, I’m sure someone else was already paid handsomely to come up with something full of errors....

Another case of a professional being paid to undertake a professional service & not verifying/ test run / checking their work.

Not so professional.

Side note, I very much prefer & happy with the font & colours.

I really like the new colour scheme, using some my favourite colours, but I'm a bit 'woke' or so I have been told, so perhaps that is the reason why it appeals.
