Can someone help. I am a gold supporter but cant access webinar archives. I have tried logging out multiple times but I think the issue is I am not recognised as a paid member. I have checked my credit card account and the renewal went through (previously platinum but downgraded to gold) Multiple emails sent to support but no response. I am being ghosted haha...
