Favourite entrée on Book the Cook and other pre-ordered meals?

On a somewhat light note, what is your favourite entrée (errr...... main dish) that you have ordered on Singapore Airlines Book the Cook - out of Singapore? Out of Oz? In J? In PE?

Are you aware of any other airline that has a similar service?

Are special meals (eg "low-fat" or "seafood") pre-ordered in economy class any better than regular economy meals?
