I booked TG flights last year in Y for travel in July this year from SYD to FCO.

I rarely fly with them, but am an Enrich member (for what its worth).

I've been checking seat availability every month since, and unsurprisingly still no favourable forward seats or bulkhead areas are selectable.

Just curious if there is a typical expected preflight timeframe TG begin opening up seats for low/non-tiered flyers, if at all?

I believe that TG releases Y seats depending on the specific economy fare class booked; more expensive fares get access to forward seats, A380 upper deck etc.
