Yes, the actual English translation is not "Spare Ribs" but "Pork Rib King". It's confusing but there are no ribs in Pork Rib King. Dunno why it's called Spare Ribs in English translation

I think the boss of the kitchen is the chef, so if in the Singapore lounge they’re actually cooking stuff rather than defrosting &/or microwaving there’s gotta be someone in charge … ?
