Nope, boneless. Spare rib, bone extracted, floured then fried before coating in sauce.

I have some time tomorrow and it is only 300m from where I am staying so will wander down and check it out. Will also bi in Singapore during its last week so may get a further visit in

Yes, the actual English translation is not "Spare Ribs" but "Pork Rib King". It's confusing but there are no ribs in Pork Rib King. Dunno why it's called Spare Ribs in English translation
