Our last BA F flight was 2013... pretty sure the cabin has had a small refresh since then.

Enjoyable meal. The crew were very friendly with that classic British touch.

After a few night caps - it was time to catch some zzz's on the clouds.

We're trying a new hotel for this trip - I need to keep some Hyatt points alive.

The GH breakfast (Strats Kitchen) is a pretty large affair by anyone's measure... I've seen my fair share of breakfast buffets, and I think this one holds its ground.

Full range of culinarily delights on offer. Western, Indian, Asian, European - the job lot.

Excellent way to spend a few hours. Beautiful part of Singapore most visitors never explore!

Din Tai Fung do the basket with cover for handbags here in Sydney too.

You had my favourite there - the dumplings in the spicy sauce. The trick with this dish is to save the sauce and then tip it on their fried rice!
