Matt White??? on my QF flight SYD-MEL today. Wearing a 7 V8 Supercars sweater. Several pax said hello Matt as they boarded otherwise I would have no idea. (I had to Google "Matt", "Channel 7" and "V8" to find a picture.) Fortunately he didn't bother me on the flight at all. :p
 
Last year saw Borat and Isla Fisher (Borats wife:) who kept crying baby in economy with us plebs and Nanny all flight from LAX to Syd, then glided in from front of plane to take her to get the "Look what a hands on Mum I am" shots as they got off (saw them in the paper the next day). A little hypocritical? Also saw Cameron Daddo and Alison on same flight - times must be tough for them at the moment as they were in economy with the rest of us and had to collect their own bags (unlike SBC family who left poor Nanny to deal with all that while they were wisked away)
 
Drmikki, the least you could have done was get his autograph ;). Might make me go to a couple of games this year, rather than watching them all on the TV.
 
Sorry Lindsay, I am not sure I'd recognise him even after reading the article and seeing him on TV, and had never heard of him prior to Sunday!
 
I remember once I run into Joanna Griggs in the J Lounge in SYD and said I remember you and she said most people only know me now from TV and I want no I remember you from swimming and a few girly magazine things.

I rang my partner and she told me that she is on Better Homes and Garden and I asked her when it was on she told me that it is 7.30 on a Friday night and I then said the only show on at 7.30 on a Friday night is the NRL(Rugby League)

Monday this week I was in the DJ Lounge in SYD when I heard a bloke speaking with a French accent on his phone, pacing up and down furiously. Meanwhile his laid-back companion sat in a lounge chair and made his calls "G'day mate, Pete Evans here." Worked out they were the two chefs from My Kitchen Rules. The Frenchman was on the dance show too apparently. Anyway it sounded like they were flying around the country preparing a new series. Both rather tall guys. Not what I expected.

Some dude in there (we were in the quiet part of the lounge) piped up with "The missus is a huge fan, can I get a photo of youse guys?" to which they agreed. Then he added he was a fan too.
