Famous to some, but maybe not others. Just saw Josh Thomas in the Melb J lounge ordering some proper spirits.

He's the comedian who did the Optus ads right?

In my opinion I think "comedian" is a stretch.

hmmmm, after seeing him put Bob Katter well and truly in his place on Q&A last night I don't think "clown" is at all the right word :)
I agree. And I wholeheartedly withdraw any disparaging remarks I may have made. Quite the switched on young man.

I so despise that ridiculous ad. I wish someone would sue them for false advertising!

I hadn't read this thread but posted this in the Off Topic one. We are with Optus and when I logged into our account it asked me "what can we say yes to". I responded with "remove Josh Thomas from that stupid ad". Clearly they said "No".

I don't know how to use iView...

Finally.Had all the young women clapping and smiling at me on Santa Ana island.Well actually they were laughing at me.

At Ballina Airport …Kerry O’Brien …..Then sat down at the next table to him while breakfasting at the outstanding Harvest Café at Newrybar a few days later.
Looks like he’s been grazing in a lush paddock of late – not quite the Laurie Oakes paddock but a lush one none the less.
