They claim the crew ran out of oxygen, then landed in Bolivia and left her.

She died three weeks later.

I don't see the connection between these two statements .. some quality journalism there

The article is a copy & paste from the NY Post. The news limited article has the link for readers.

When did nonews.com.au buy out the NY post?

I also fail to see the link. 3 weeks? That's a pretty long bow!

3 hours, perhaps, but 3 weeks? Damn Litigious americans! ;)

Great article, not.

Excellent cause of action ie. running out of oxygen, not.

Dead person, yes.

Upset family, yes.

There's admittedly not a lot of information in either article to make any sort of adequate conclusion as to the merits of this case.

Certainly pretty poor journalism. Someone is somehow diagnosed ill on a plane, "left in Bolivia" (i.e. like cart a body off a plane and just dump it outside the gate?) then dying three weeks later? More holes in this article than in a slice of Swiss cheese.

The NY Post reader's comments are certainly making a mockery out of the family.
