Family Points Transfer

Hi All

Just made a small family transfer 16k or so. I can see the points have been transferred on both accounts in activity statement, however the points aren't showing in the account and can't be used yet.

I thought it might be a time issue.. been about 20 min. Anyone else had a similiar experience?
