Facebook Tracking from AFF (posts moved from Ask the Pilot)

What is this rubbish from AFF that I can’t read the rest of the message without allowing Facebook to steal my personal data? FFS! Has AFF sunk this low?
AFF has nothing to do with this. It’s all about FB tracking everything you do. Browsers such as Firefox actively block this. Brave is another.

Never seen this before on AFF. It only happens on my iPad using any Safari so it maybe the new privacy condtions by Apple protecting users from data theft. AFF do allow Facebook data stealers as part of the add on bots done by the forum software.

Ah. Sorry. It’s not AFF. Looking further, it’s not obvious (apart from the logo on the top right!) but the actual post “airline secrets exposed” is a repost from Facebook itself so the read more links direct to Facebook.

Yes, it's embedded into the post on AFF hence the cookies from the embed coming in.

A good deal with Firefox. Got the article without a FB link on my computer using Firefox but got the link on my iphone using safari.
So I have now downloaded Firefox on the iphone.

FWIW: Chrome is good as is Firefox but Safari on iDevices has better personal data protection due to recent lockdowns by Apple for iOS updates. Plus you can add privacy blockers in Safari for most web sites (these are blocked on AFF forum).
