EY Gold Status match

Assuming one is matched, I notice in the fine print that you won't receive a card until you've done something like 3 sectors ir 1,500 miles on EY so could be problematic for lounge access where the card must be produced.

Wonder what airlines will just accept a boarding pass with the EY (matched) Gold status on it?

VA have asked to see my EY card at the lounge

Does that include codeshares? (e.g. VA)

Applied before on the first day, still haven't heard anything back... (Although have received a statement saying I'm base tier.)

What about a printout of a card, such as the basic Etihad Guest card that I printed when I joined?

Not sure whether lounges would accept a aper membership card even if it stated 'Gold'.

A lot of lounges want the card to scan to validate your eligibility or it may help facilitate the charge back to your airline from the airline whose lounge you're using.

Looking at the website, applications have to be in by the 18th July with people notified before 30 August. I think they have added a month to the process. Did anyone take a screenshot earlier?

Yay I might have a chance then
SG card came in the mail yesterday.
But I suppose they may already have their 500 applicants by now. No harm trying though.

Has anyone had a reply to their status match? I haven't heard anything yet.

Nothing except the (auto?)reply below which I received instantly.
