Received this on the 4th May :

Dear Guest,

We would like to thank you for applying to the Etihad Guest tier-match promotion and are pleased to inform you that your application for Etihad Guest Gold status has been successful. To provide you your card, we require additional information.

Your application doesn’t contain date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) and full address (Street address/city/country/postal code). As this is mandatory information we would ask you to email us the details before 10 May so that we can upgrade your status.

Please note that the upgrade to Etihad Guest Gold will take seven working days from receipt of this information. You will receive a confirmation email by 17 May 2015.

We appreciate the time you took to participate in this offer - we look forward to welcoming you on board Etihad Airways soon.

Replied on the 5th with the details but still nothing. Each time I email them back i just get the message that the tier match promo is finished. Does anyone have an alternative email address to contact them? Thanks

Try [email protected] - after I received no reply I forwarded my application to that address and they replied and are following it up.
 
Update: I received my "Welcome to Etihad Guest Gold" email early this morning.
I think that was due to the intervention by the Etihad rep in this forum:

havent seen any sign of mine as yet so I took a screenshot of the printable one on the website and that seems to do the trick if they can't see it in your booking!
 
Ok thanks. I have a VA booking for Syd-OOL return can I change my VA ff to EY? If so can I do it online?

My email arrived too :).
I lose my VA Gold a month later so this will be perfect timing!
 
Same here, although I treat the date with a grain of salt. Its probably a mass e-mail out after a mass card mail out and maybe the time of delivery for one particular area such as Europe or USA. That said, three weeks should be time enough, unless its gone on the high seas part of the way ...

I received my Silver soft landing card today. Apparently I still have lounge access in AUH and "throughout their network".
 
I just checked my account online to see what the expiry date of my Etihad Gold is but cannot find the info.

However, I delved further and found my address details were recorded incorrectly.
* No street type
* The state was in the 'City' field
* No postcode

I hope the card hasn't been processed yet as there is no way it would find me with such an incomplete address :shock:.
It may be an idea for AFFers to check your accounts too

Mine is all good.

Expiry will be 03/17 based on past matches.

Did you ask them to set up the account for you rather than doing it yourself then applying? That's the only reason I can think of.

Yes, as soon as I realised I also sent them off an email.

You can also always check this with our Social Media team by dropping us a message here or on our Social Media channels. We would only require your Guest Card number and can find out for you whether your address is entered correctly. *JP
