MrP just got his email re Gold match!
Has anyone else simply received no reply to this?
I applied on 22 February including a scan of my Platinum QFF card and activity statement.
I have received no reply whatsoever.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
I emailed a scan of my platinum card and latest statement late Feb, and received confirmation of status match several weeks ago, sorry can't give you exact date. Had a few issues with them incorrectly entering my DOB info so was unable to set up online access, but they were great to deal with and all systems go quite promptly thereafter. Quite impressed with their customer service.
