Hello - hope I'm posting in the right place!
Can someone please explain why it's 'okay' for Qantas to charge $568.40 for extra legroom international seats, and then, when my husband and I cancelled because of my father's illness, not refund at least part of the money? We expected some administration costs, but apparently there's no refund at all! They have ample time to resell the seats so it really seems like highway robbery! :shock:
