Extend StayPlus expiry

Hi Experts , Wanting to know if anyone had any success in recent times to extend the expiry of stay plus night benefit. My membership expires on 31st Oct 2023 and have upcoming travels in Nov 2023. I tried reaching out to the customer service email but got a standard response saying nada zilch nothing.

Any pointers/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you pay for Accor plus membership by yourself ( i mean not come with Amex etc.. ) , normally when you call them to renew the membership ( they normally call you before renew date ) , let them know and they will redeposit the stay plus for you.

My understanding is they have stopped doing that and have been instructed to stick to the expiry date. I would definitely check with them though
