Hi.
I know "Family transfers don't count as activity on your account, or the account you transfer points to, for the purpose of preventing your points from expiring."
But I have question about following condition.
Can anyone answer?

My account balance 50,000 Last activity Jun2019 Expiry Dec2020
My Family A account balance 10,000 Last activity Apr2020, Expiry Oct2021
My Family B account balance 0 and Last activity was a few years ago

If transfer 10,000 point from A to me, is the expiry date still Dec2020 ?
Family A' 10,000 point available period will be shorter than before?

If transfer 10,000 point from A to B, the 10,000 point will expire imediately? because B’s account is not active.

As you correctly noted family transfers do not count as activity.

Therefore any transferred points will expire as you have written.
And the accounts will retain the same expiry date.

Oh, and welcome to AFF. If you read more, you will find several methods to either gain or use points that will extend the expiry date.

A single anecdote when 100000 points were transferred to an 'inactive' account had those points 'expire' over a month after transfer.

Do points refunds (from cancellations) count as activity?
See:
9.2.2 All Qantas Points held in a Membership Account will expire at midnight Sydney, Australia time at the end of the 18th consecutive month for which the Member has not earned Qantas Points or Status Credits or redeemed Qantas Points (excluding any transfer of Qantas Points to or from an Eligible Family Member and excluding any transfer of Qantas Points from Qantas Business Rewards).
Refunds are not excluded, so yes, they count as activity.
