It looks like ExpertFlyer has an outage today. You can't view fare availability at all.

There's a notice when you log in that they're aware of the problem. Hope it gets fixed soon.

It has been out all morning. I went to run my usual morning award searches and nada...very annoying!

It's been like this for more than 12 hours now (since yesterday night). Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Hope this is just a technical related outage and not one of the nature of not having paid some bills so access terminated type of outage. Beginning to worry now that it’s more of the latter than the former.

Agreed that this is somewhat a prolonged outage for a technical issue.

There used to be some other sites that were good for availability searches - mostly standard commercial fare buckets as opposed to awards. Does anyone recall any of them?

I have the same concerns - unfortunately, it is what it is and there isn't much we can do about it. :(

TBH, I mainly use them for commercial buckets anyway. For awards, it's so patchy these days anyway with the various hot/cold relationships between different alliance partners.

He said, she said, I know, but on Flyertalk someone indicated they had contacted EF help who suggested they would be adjusting subscription dates after service resumes.

It's amazing how much you miss something when it's unavailable (hopefully not gone!)... and I don't even need it for myself, right now! Just so used to being able to quickly help others - friends, family, colleagues, AFFers, FB groups, etc. There was another free tool I used to use early on before EF for similar queries, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Anyone know? It also had flight arrivals and departure info, from memory.

Cheers,
Matt.
