Hi all, my family are jetting off tomorrow. I linked single-entry Qantas passes to their Economy flight before online check-in opened, and have confirmation emails.

However, on their digital boarding passes, I can't see a 'LPAC' code that indicates that lounge access has been attached to the booking. Same for trying to print a copy from Qantas' website.

The 'LPAC' code I'm referring to is seen on page 4 of this PDF. I'm pretty sure I've seen it print before (but that was some time ago!)

Has anyone who has used a complimentary pass recently had the 'LPAC' code on their boarding pass. And if not, did you still get in okay?

Thanks :)

Why would they have LPAC (I assume it means Lounge Pass Complimentary) on a domestic Business Class BP?

I've never seen mention of LPAC on the BP but they scan and register as valid.
(but yes I do see that in the pdf)

Just take the email confirmation and the boarding pass. Its all electronically recorded, you only need the confirmation if there is a problem. Nothing shows on your boarding pass.
You may be thinking of JQ for codes printed on the BP

edit...I know its written on the pass in the PDF, maybe its a very old example, I know its not currently done

LPAC is printed on airport-printed boarding passes. I don't think I've ever seen it printed on a home-printed pass or phone pass (probably as it'd be easy for people to edit their PDF and type LPAC on it).

Just take the confirmation email along otherwise stop in at a kiosk/desk and it's likely to spit out a boarding pass with LPAC.

Thanks for the replies, everyone! Turns out I didn't need to worry. 'LPAC' appeared on the digital boarding pass a few hours later. Maybe it's updated manually? Good to know.

Good to know. I wonder if the pass will scan green in a lounge?

I was just asked for the email confirmation even though I now noticed that LPAC is on my digital boarding pass...
